Yes. Penny Pilot is a Progressive Web App, so it works in any mobile browser and can be installed to your home screen.
Only if you turn them on. Optional push notifications cover account-security alerts, Google Drive access alerts and, in Google Drive mode, bill and EMI reminders. On iPhone they need the installed app. You can switch them off any time in Settings.
Yes. In Google Drive mode, entries you save while offline are kept on your device and synced to Google Drive when you reconnect, and the app shows their status until Drive confirms them. In This Device Only mode your data already lives on your device.
